Also, I did my 2-year clinicals at Sanford School of Radiologic Technology. After graduating from the Sanford program in 2021, I did my masters in basic biomedical science at University of South Dakota. Currently, I work as a night tech at Sanford Diagnostic Radiology, Sioux Falls. I chose to join SDSRT because I believe working as a radiologic technologist in the state of South Dakota, it is my responsibility to be a part of the team which aims to advance the profession of medical imaging. I am also excited to work with rad tech students in the state of South Dakota and aware them about the benefits and opportunities of being a member of SDSRT. SDSRT is also a great platform for students and technologists to learn leadership skills and share each other's perspective on how to improve image quality, patient care, and radiation safety. I look forward to meeting you all.

I partook in athletics and was involved with the local community. I spent summers decorating the Corn Palace and helping run events such as the fall harvest festivals and various concerts and college sporting events at the Corn Palace. I had the opportunity to do my clinical year in the Rapid City area. I had a great experience, getting to know and working with many techs at multiple Monument Health facilities. I enjoy working in Radiology and look forward to being involved and meeting many more professionals.

When I am not working I enjoy the ranch life of horses and cattle plus the wide open space to run. I truly encourage members to get involved.
